This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use the LinkedIn Authority Blueprint service available at airtoniq.com (the “Service”).
The Service is provided by Airtoniq, which is the IT division of NineGravity. References in this policy to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Airtoniq / NineGravity.
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.
1. Who We Are

For the purposes of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), we act as the data controller / data fiduciary for the personal data we process through the Service.
2. What Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
2.1 Information you provide directly
- Full name
- Email address
- LinkedIn profile URL / handle
- Responses to the 10-step intake form, including questions about your current LinkedIn posting frequency, content strategy, lead generation approach, and related professional information
- Payment details processed through our payment provider (we do not store card numbers, CVV, or full banking details on our servers)
2.2 Information collected automatically
- IP address
- Browser type, device type, operating system
- Pages visited, time spent, referral source
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 9)
2.3 Information collected from third-party sources
Once you submit your LinkedIn profile URL, we retrieve publicly available data from your LinkedIn profile through a third-party scraping service (Apify). This may include your headline, summary, work experience, education, posts, follower count, and other publicly visible profile fields. We do not access any private or connection-restricted data, and we do not log in to your LinkedIn account.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data only for the following purposes:
- To generate your personalized LinkedIn Authority Blueprint, including the Authority Score, content pillars, ICP analysis, positioning, and recommended actions
- To deliver the Blueprint to you via a unique URL and via email
- To process your payment and provide proof of purchase
- To communicate with you about the Service (delivery confirmations, follow-ups, support)
- To send you product updates, educational content, and offers (only where you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time)
- To improve the Service, analyze aggregate usage, and debug issues
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (EU / UK Users)
Where GDPR applies to you, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Contract performance: to deliver the Blueprint you purchased
- Legitimate interests: to operate, secure, and improve the Service
- Consent: for marketing emails and non-essential cookies (you may withdraw consent at any time)
- Legal obligation: where we are required to retain or disclose data by law
5. Third Parties We Share Data With
We share limited data with the following processors / sub-processors, each of whom is contractually obligated to handle your data securely:

We may disclose data to law enforcement or regulators where required by Indian law, EU/UK law, or other applicable legal process.
6. International Data Transfers
We are based in India. If you access the Service from outside India (including from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or the United States), your data will be transferred to and processed in India and in the countries where our sub-processors operate. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards where required to protect international transfers.
7. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Blueprint data and form responses: Retained for 24 months from generation, unless you request earlier deletion
- Payment records: Retained for 8 years as required under Indian tax and accounting law
- Marketing data: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Server logs: Retained for 90 days
After the applicable retention period, your data is deleted or anonymized.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Deletion: Ask us to delete your data (“right to be forgotten” under GDPR; “right to erasure” under DPDP Act)
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Objection / Restriction: Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent
- Complaint: Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in India, the Data Protection Board; in the EU, your national supervisory authority)
- Nominate (DPDP Act): Indian users may nominate another person to exercise rights on their behalf in the event of death or incapacity

9. Cookies
We use the following cookies:
- Essential cookies: Required for the Service to function (session management, security)
- Analytics cookies: To understand how the Service is used (only with your consent where required)
- Marketing cookies: To measure ad campaign performance (only with your consent)
You can manage cookie preferences through our cookie banner or your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect Service functionality.
10. Data Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest where applicable, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach occurs, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities within the timeframes required by law (72 hours under GDPR; as required under the DPDP Act).
11. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for business professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites (LinkedIn, payment providers, etc.). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their privacy policies separately.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or via a prominent notice on airtoniq.com. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
