Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LinkedIn Authority Blueprint service available at framework.airtoniq.com (the “Service”).

The Service is provided by Airtoniq, which is the IT division of NineGravity. References in these Terms to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Airtoniq / NineGravity.

By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

The Service is a paid digital report (“Blueprint”) that analyzes your LinkedIn presence and provides a personalized strategy, including:

• A LinkedIn Authority Score
• Content pillar recommendations
• Ideal Client Profile analysis
• Positioning statement
• Service pricing tier suggestions
• Pain points and solutions mapping
• A phased timeline for execution

The Blueprint is generated using:

• The information you submit in our 10-step intake form
• Publicly available data from your LinkedIn profile (retrieved via a third-party data service)
• AI-powered analysis (currently using Anthropic’s Claude API)

The Blueprint is delivered to you via a unique URL and via email.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Own or have the right to share the LinkedIn profile you submit for analysis

The Service is intended for business professionals. It is not intended for personal or consumer use.

3. Purchase, Pricing, and Payment

3.1 Pricing

Prices are displayed on framework.airtoniq.com and are inclusive of applicable taxes where stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

3.2 Payment processing

All payments are processed through Razorpay, our third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay’s terms and privacy policy. We do not store your full card or banking details on our servers.

3.3 Currency

Prices are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. Currency conversion fees, if any, are charged by your card issuer or bank and are not our responsibility.

3.4 Confirmation

You will receive a payment confirmation email after a successful transaction. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, contact nik@airtoniq.com.

4. Refund Policy

The Blueprint is a personalized digital deliverable that consumes significant compute, third-party API, and processing costs the moment it is generated. As such:

• Before the Blueprint is generated: If you have paid but not yet completed the 10-step form, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment by emailing nik@airtoniq.com.
• After the Blueprint is generated: Refunds are not available, because the deliverable has been produced and accessed.
• Failure on our side: If the Blueprint fails to generate due to a technical issue on our end, and we are unable to deliver it within 7 days of payment, you will receive a full refund.
• Discretionary refunds: We may issue partial or full refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. This is not an entitlement.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days through Razorpay.

5. Service Delivery

• The Blueprint is typically generated within 10–30 minutes of completing the 10-step form, but may take up to 24 hours in periods of high demand or third-party service disruption.
• The Blueprint is delivered via a unique URL and via the email address you provided.
• The unique URL remains accessible for 24 months from generation. After that, the Blueprint may be archived or deleted.
• It is your responsibility to save or download the Blueprint if you wish to retain a copy beyond that period.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in the intake form
• Submit only your own LinkedIn URL, or one you are authorized to analyze
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or resell the Service or its outputs
• Not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
• Not attempt to bypass payment, automate access, or use the Service in a way that disrupts other users

If you breach these responsibilities, we may suspend or terminate your access without refund.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 No guarantee of results

The Blueprint provides strategic recommendations based on the information available at the time of generation. We do not guarantee:

• Any specific increase in LinkedIn followers, engagement, or impressions
• Any specific business outcome, lead volume, revenue, or client acquisition
• That the Authority Score will improve over time
• That LinkedIn’s algorithms, features, or policies will remain unchanged

Your business results depend on your execution, market conditions, your offer, your audience, and many factors outside our control.

7.2 No professional advice

The Blueprint is for informational and strategic guidance only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, marketing, or business advice tailored to your specific circumstances. Consult qualified professionals before making business decisions.

7.3 Third-party data accuracy

The Blueprint relies on publicly available LinkedIn data retrieved through a third-party service. We do not control LinkedIn’s data accuracy, availability, or display. If your LinkedIn data is incomplete, restricted, or unavailable at the time of generation, the Blueprint’s accuracy may be affected.

7.4 AI-generated content

The Blueprint is generated using AI models. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or generalizations. Treat the Blueprint as a starting point for your strategy, not as infallible advice.

7.5 LinkedIn is not affiliated

LinkedIn Corporation is not affiliated with, endorsing, or sponsoring this Service. “LinkedIn” is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. References to LinkedIn in our Service are nominative and descriptive only.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our IP

The Service, its design, methodology (including the Authority Score calculation, content pillar framework, and phased roadmap structure), source code, copy, and underlying systems are owned by Airtoniq / NineGravity and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your Blueprint

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Blueprint generated specifically for you, for your own business purposes. You may:

• Read, save, and reference the Blueprint
• Implement its recommendations in your own work
• Share excerpts with your internal team or contractors

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially license the Blueprint or its contents
• Use the Blueprint to train other AI systems
• Publish the Blueprint in full publicly without our written consent

8.3 Your data and inputs

You retain ownership of the information you submit. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to use it to generate, deliver, and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or loss of data.
• We are not liable for failures or delays caused by third-party providers, including LinkedIn, Razorpay, Apify, Anthropic, Resend, hosting providers, or your own internet connection.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Airtoniq, NineGravity, and our officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your misuse of the Service or the Blueprint
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including LinkedIn’s terms of service
• Inaccurate or unlawful information you submitted

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if:

• You breach these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct
• We are required to do so by law
• We decide to discontinue the Service (in which case we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users)

Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as set out in Section 4.

12. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service, its features, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via email or via a notice on framework.airtoniq.com. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.

For EU/UK consumers, nothing in this section limits your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence under applicable consumer protection law.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, internet outages, third-party API failures (LinkedIn, Razorpay, Apify, Anthropic, Resend, hosting providers), cyberattacks, or pandemics.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any pricing page or order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. They supersede all prior agreements, proposals, or communications.
